Date of Arrival: ___________________________ Date of Departure: _________________________ As renter, I hereby enclose my payment for 50% of the total rent to hold my reservation. The full balance is due sixty (60) days prior to date of reservations. A security deposit in the amount of $500.00 is due at time of the original payment. The security deposit will be refunded within ten days of guest leaving island if there is no damage or additional charge incurred by guests. If renter cancels reservations, deposit will be held for one year for a future reservation. I understand there will be no refund for departing early or NO SHOWS. I the renter will make full payment by credit card or will wire full payment, security deposit, plus an additional $25.00 service charge if reservations are made less than sixty (60) days prior to the first day of arrival. I the renter, understands that the homeowner of Lobster Cay has made a good faith effort to accurately present the Private Island, but shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in such presentations, or changes in the conditions of the accommodations or the surrounding environment or the condition hereof, or for any temporary defects or shortages/stoppages in supply of electricity, gas, water or plumbing etc., or inclement weather which is out of homeowner’s control. I the renter also understand that rates are based in U.S. dollars, and are for accommodations including use of utilities, furnishings and linens. Damages to the premises, lost or stolen items will be assessed above rental fees. It is understood that if the renter is found willfully and knowingly damaging or defacing the property or allowing it to be done, or breaking local laws that the renter is in violation of this agreement and therefore trespassing without the homeowner’s permission and is subject to eviction. The homeowner will not be responsible for any injuries occurred on or off the rental property or any other liability. Four trips to Bluff Dock, Eleuthera or Two Trips to Spanish Well for each week of rental is included in the cost. Additional trips to Bluff Dock will be $20.00. Additional trips to Spanish Well cost $40.00. Use of the boats will be charged at the rate of $25.00 per hour for the small boat or $50.00 per hour for large boat plus fuel. Gas costs about $4.00 per gallon. Check in time is 4:00 P.M. and checkout time is 11:00 A.M.
